The school was founded in 1996 with the mission to provide children of working parents with a loving and nurturing environment of Christian values and quality education. Our solid teaching program based on NJ state core standards, incorporates social and life skills ensuring that our children are kindergarten ready by graduation. In addition, they are well equipped to manage everyday conflicts in an effective and Godly manner. The Barnabas Fund provides for children in need who would otherwise not be able to attend. The school operates year round and cares for children 2 ½ to 6 years old. See Carol Cooper for how you might be involved. |
| Dayspring Ministries…Haiti Mission |
| Dayspring Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian ministry whose mission is to encourage and support the people of the Light & Peace Mission churches in Haiti. Donations to Dayspring support the Light & Peace Christian School, My Father's House orphanage, a Food Program for the elderly and disabled, and a Family Health Clinic. Helpers are always needed to collect and pack donated clothing and other items to be shipped to Haiti. Families and individuals are needed to sponsor the children in the school and orphanage. | Weekly Congregational Missions Focus |

Each week our Congregation demonstrates its full commitment to Christian outreach through our weekly Mission Focus. Annually, the Congregation selects mission projects to support on a weekly basis. Each week we commit 25% of our offerings to the Mission Project of that week. These missions include: Bible Basics International, The Navigators Ministry, Child Evangelism Fellowship, The Good News Home for Women, The Gideons, Carmen Prison Ministries, Market Street Mission, and our own home missions, Dayspring Haiti, Mustard Seed, and God's Fund.
